What we’ll accept

• Public domain (e.g. US federal works under 17 USC §105, copyright-expired works).
• Creative Commons— CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA at minimum. CC BY-NC variants are reviewed case-by-case (we’re a paid app, so non-commercial licences need careful handling).
• Open Government Licence (UK gov.uk content), Open Database Licence (OpenStreetMap data), and similar permissive public-sector licences.
• Donated rights— if you hold the rights to a work you’d like to give us permission to redistribute, we have a one-page agreement to sign.

What we won’t accept

• Anything sold commercially that you don’t own.
• Random blog scrapes — the source has to be a primary one.
• Medical content without a clearly named publishing body and a last-reviewed date.
• YouTube videos unless the description explicitly permits download / redistribution.

How to submit

Email library@gobagplus.app with:

• Title, publisher, year.
• URL to the canonical source.
• The exact licence (link to the licence text, not just the name).
• Why it belongs in GoBagPlus — one paragraph.

Triage time is usually within two business days. Acceptance can take longer if we need to verify rights — that’s the part of the job we move carefully on. See the licensing policy for the audit trail we keep.
