Subscription Terms

GoBagPlus Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple. These terms summarise how it works.

Plans & pricing

Local pricing is set by Apple based on App Store tier and may differ from US dollars. The price shown at purchase is the price you pay.

Free trial

Each Apple ID gets one free trial across both monthly and annual plans (Apple's rule). The trial starts when you tap Subscribe and ends 1 month later, at which point billing begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple charges your Apple ID's payment method on renewal.

How to cancel

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
3. Tap GoBagPlus → Cancel Subscription

Your premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period. You can re-subscribe any time.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by GoBagPlus. To request one: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's policy applies.

What Premium unlocks

• Unlimited Go Bags + Household Reserve tracking
• Full curated library (PDFs, videos, reference cards)
• Bundle exports — download library content as a portable Go Disk
• Family Sharing across up to 6 household members
• Barcode scanning + receipt capture for inventory

Free tier always exists

The free tier is always available, with no time limit. You don't need to subscribe to get a basic Go Bag tracker, expiry reminders, the public library catalogue, or sample reference cards.

Changes

If we change pricing or plan structure, existing subscribers keep their current plan at the price they signed up at, until they cancel.

Apple's rules apply

Subscriptions are governed by Apple's standard EULA for apps. Where these GoBagPlus Subscription Terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's apply.
